• 1Drivalia IT (Ahlgero) - WARNING

  Be careful when renting from Drivalia at Alghero Airport. I was handed a car with extensive pre-existing damage. Because I collected it after 9 p.m., it was almost impossible to document every scratch and dent in the dark. Staff assured me that all existing damage had already been recorded. At return, the inspector told me there were no new damages, and I signed a document written in Italian. Later, I received an email stating that a new damage had been registered, despite the fact that I have photographs showing that the damage already existed. I was immediately charged €131.97. I was also charged €75 for extra cleaning, even though I could not find any requirement in my booking documentation stating that the car had to be washed or vacuumed before return. The charges were issued as an invoice and immediately deducted from my security deposit. No photographs were provided by Drivalia to prove that the alleged new damage occurred during my rental, and I was given no real opportunity to demonstrate that they had made a mistake before the money was taken. The staff's attitude was also disappointing. When I asked to borrow the vacuum cleaner that was standing next to the inspection area, I was refused and told I should "learn from my mistake." When I later questioned the damage charge and showed my own photographs, I was simply told to file a complaint. The conversation ended with the employee pointing at me and saying, "Remember that you are a long way from home." Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting from Drivalia at Alghero Airport. If you do, photograph and film every centimetre of the vehicle before leaving the car park, even if it is dark, and carefully check any document before signing, especially if it is not in your own language

• 5A Wonderful Holiday from Start to Finish

  I found Bountiful tours through many Google searches months in advance. They helped me plan my trip out. I booked a airport pick-up, return, and a 8 hours private tour. All were very reasonable in price, and the tour was exceptional. Talking about the tour, my guide went out of his way to make the day very enjoyable. We did everything I wanted do, plus more along the way. The day was something I won't forget from Vanuatu. I highly suggest anyone for booking this tour. In the end, they made everything very easy and stress free. Whenever you go to Vanuatu, definitely book with them, you won't regret. I was very content for the memories they created!

• 5Professional and friendly service

  Fernando and Rosalinda were our guides for the day. They were professional and friendly sharing the history and culture of Vanuatu as we drove to different locations of our choice. They waited patiently as we took longer than planned to disembark from our cruise ship and made sure we made it back on time despite some traffic delays on the roads. They had fresh coconuts and fruit for us to enjoy as well. Would definitely recommend and use next time we return to Vanuatu.

• 5Guided Bus hire

  We were lucky to have the hire of a private bus today as part of our My Vanuatu Package. The driver and tour guide, Lai, was friendly, informative and helped us with every aspect of our adventure. The morning tea was fresh and delicious. Thank you Lai and Bountiful Tours.

• 5Fabulous way to see a small portion of the wonderful Vanuatu!

  We had the good fortune of having Spencer as our driver/guide. We were a 3 generation family group of 12. We were on a cruise ship so had very limited time on shore so wanted to make the most of this stop. We would highly recommend & rate using Bountiful to see some fabulous locations alongside the commentary of local information. Spencer provided a wonderful fruit platter that he purchased & provided. A very friendly & worth it experience. In our opinion, great value for money. Thank you to Bountiful & special thanks to Spencer.

About Port Vila
