Itinerary
Our first stop on this exciting tour is the magnificent Royal Palace. As the official residence of the King of Cambodia, the Royal Palace is a stunning example of Khmer architecture. Explore the intricate design and beautiful gardens as you learn about the country's royal history. Adjacent to the Royal Palace is the Silver Pagoda, also known as Wat Preah Keo Morokat. This temple is home to numerous national treasures, including a life-sized gold Buddha adorned with over 9,000 diamonds.
Our tour continues with a visit to the iconic Wat Phnom, the tallest religious structure in Phnom Penh. This temple, perched on a hill, offers panoramic views of the city and is considered a symbol of good luck and prosperity for the locals.
No visit to Phnom Penh is complete without exploring the bustling Central Market. Here, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere as you browse through a wide array of goods, including clothing, jewelry, handicrafts, and local delicacies.
As we delve into Cambodia's tumultuous past, we will visit the Tuol Sleng Museum, also known as the Genocide Museum. This former high school turned prison was a notorious center for torture and interrogation during the Khmer Rouge regime. Gain insight into the dark period of Cambodian history and pay tribute to the victims of this tragic era.
Our final stop is the Chhoeung Ek Museum, also known as the Killing Fields. This somber memorial site serves as a reminder of the atrocities committed during the Khmer Rouge regime. Explore the memorial stupa and learn about the country's journey towards healing and reconciliation.

About Phnom Penh
Phnom Penh is Cambodia's riverside capital, where a gilded royal palace, French-era boulevards and markets sit beside memorials to the Khmer Rouge years.
The Royal Palace, with its tall pointed spires, and the neighbouring Silver Pagoda, whose floor is laid with silver tiles, stand close to the riverfront promenade where the Mekong and Tonlé Sap meet. Wat Phnom, a small hill temple, gave the city its name, and the National Museum, in a red Khmer-style building, holds a major collection of Angkorian sculpture. Art Deco Central Market and the busy Russian Market are good places to wander.
Top-ranked sights in Phnom Penh: Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21), Choeung Ek Genocidal Center (Choeung Ek Killing Fields), Royal Palace.
