  • 5Excellent Sunrise tour with Phyrom

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Phyrom as our guide for the early morning sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. Phyrom’s deep knowledge of Angkor Wat, its history, architecture, culture, and the stories behind the temples was truly impressive. What made the experience even more special was the way he explained everything—clearly, patiently, and with a genuine passion for Cambodia’s heritage. His insights brought the ancient temples to life and helped us appreciate details that we would have easily missed on our own. He was also extremely punctual, friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure we were comfortable throughout the early morning tour. Watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat was breathtaking, and having such a knowledgeable guide made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Phyrom, for making our visit to Angkor Wat so fascinating and unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and passionate guide!

About Siem Reap

Siem Reap is the riverside town beside Angkor, Cambodia's vast complex of Khmer temples, with night markets, river walks and a relaxed centre.

Angkor Wat, often called the largest religious monument in the world, rises above its moat in a silhouette of lotus-bud towers that is breathtaking at sunrise. Nearby, the walled city of Angkor Thom holds the Bayon, with its more than two hundred serene stone faces, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Baphuon, while Ta Prohm is gripped by the roots of giant silk-cotton and strangler fig trees.

Top-ranked sights in Siem Reap: Angkor Thom, Tonlé Sap, Kampong Phluk.
