Itinerary
Unleash Your Wild Side at Otjiwarongo Crocodile Farm! Breaking up our journey with a thrilling dive into the world of Nile Crocodiles. From massive prehistoric giants to tiny, agile hatchlings, get a front-row seat to the raw power of Namibia’s apex water predators. The Highlight: Brave the onsite restaurant for a legendary culinary adventure—try the famous crocodile steaks or kebabs in a lush garden oasis. It’s the ultimate "bite-sized" detour before the wild plains of Etosha!
Leave the crowds behind as you enter Etosha’s exclusive Galton Gate. This rugged, previously restricted sector is a sanctuary for rare Black Rhino and Mountain Zebra, offering intimate wildlife sightings far from the tourist tracks. Dolomite Camp: Perched atop a dramatic ridge, your luxury tented chalet offers 360-degree panoramic views of the plains. Relax in the rim-flow infinity pool and enjoy a gourmet dinner overlooking the untouched African wilderness.
Step off the tourist trail and into the vibrant world of the Ovazemba and Ovahakawona. Discover the hidden artistry of their intricate hair-braiding and stunning traditional jewelry, gaining a rare, personal insight into cultures that remain untouched by the modern world.
Drive 2 hours into the rugged Kunene bush to a remote Himba village. Spend the afternoon and evening immersed in daily Himba village life — learning about their otjize (red ochre) makeup, singing and dancing with Himba by the camp fire, enjoying the buzz of the village under a sky filled with stars.
Morning with the Himba followed by a visit to a nearby Herero community to see the striking contrast of their Victorian-style dresses and cattle-herding culture. Return to Opuwo for a sunset at the Opuwo Country Lodge.
Tame Cheetah Encounters: Meet the farm’s resident "tame" cheetahs up close and person —a world-class opportunity for incredible, close-range photography. The Wild Feeding Tour: Join an afternoon drive into a massive 7,000-hectare reserve to witness rescued "wild" cheetahs during their feeding, capturing the raw power of these predators. A Personal Mission: Every visit directly supports the rescue and protection of cheetahs, making you a vital part of their survival story in Namibia.

About Windhoek
Windhoek is Namibia's compact capital on a high central plateau, with German colonial buildings, craft markets and wild country in every direction.
Windhoek lies about 1,650 metres above sea level in the middle of Namibia, ringed by hills and thorn bush. It began as a German colonial post in the 1890s, and the Christuskirche, a Lutheran church of 1910 in pale sandstone, and the Alte Feste, an old fort that is now a museum, recall that period. The Tintenpalast, the seat of parliament, stands in a garden, and Independence Avenue runs through the centre.
Top-ranked sights in Windhoek: Deadvlei, Etosha National Park, National Museum of Namibia.
