This one day tour will take you to appreciate the greatly attractive ancient towns of Shaoxing. Take a boat cruise along the towns, then enjoy the superb local lunch. The tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby in central Hangzhou, then transfer you to appreciate the greatly attractive ancient towns of Shaoxing.
Lan Pavilion, also known as Lanting or Orchid Pavilion, is the former residence of famous calligrapher Wangxizhi of Eastern Jin Dynasty. Visitors can enjoy the natural landscapes including lofty hills, tall bamboo bushes, clear streams and flourishing woods. It is also a great place for visitors to enjoy different types of the Chinese characters. Additionally, visitors can buy some paintings and calligraphies in a shop there at a reasonable price as gifts for families or friends.

About Hangzhou
Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, is a city of lakes and tea hills centred on West Lake, with temples, pagodas and a past as an imperial capital.
