Potsticker-Making Class in Minneapolis (Includes 3-Course Meal)

Explore Asian comfort food in this hands-on Minneapolis cooking class hosted through Cozymeal. You’ll prepare dumplings, fried rice and mochi while learning techniques that translate easily to weeknight cooking. Your hands-on cooking experience features: - First course: Pork or vegetable potstickers with scallion, garlic and lime soy sauce. - Second course: Chicken or vegetarian fried rice cooked for crisp edges and savory depth. - Dessert: Assorted mochi ice cream with a soft, chewy shell. Learn how to portion fillings, fold and seal dumplings and combine steaming with pan-frying for a crisp finish. Your local chef will also cover rice texture, heat control and sauce balance. Enjoy the finished dishes together and bring wine or beer to pair with the menu.
