Top Tibba Day Hike is simply one of the best day hikes around Mussoorie if done via proper trails. Top Tibba(peak) is approx. 8,500 ft above sea level and is the highest peak around Mussoorie. Apart from offering some really spectacular views of the snow capped Himalayan peaks from the top, Top Tibba also presents you with great panaormic views of the entire valley below. The forest area around Top Tibba is abundant in leopards, black bears, red foxes, yellow throated jungle martins, kalij pheasants, barking deer, wild boars & more. But wildlife sighting is something that cannot be guaranteed but what we can guarantee you is a wonderful time on the trail observing and enjoying nature. Eagles, Kites, Buzzards and other birds of prey can be easily spotted here along with many other song birds. You won't want to miss it, when in Mussoorie.

5A Trek that can't be forgotten
Our Top Tibba trek with Ritesh was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had. From the beginning till the end, his energy was amazing — super young, active, and always motivating everyone during the trek. We even did the trek with our dog, and Ritesh was very friendly and comfortable with that too, which made the whole journey even more special for us. The views, fresh air, peaceful vibe, and the overall experience were unforgettable. If anyone is planning a trek to Top Tibba, I’d definitely recommend going with Ritesh. He makes the trek feel less like a tour and more like exploring with a good friend.

Had an amazing experience on the Top Tibba trek. The trail was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful forest views and fresh mountain air the whole way. The climb was tiring at some points, but every step felt worth it once we reached the top and saw the breathtaking Himalayan views. A special thanks to Ritesh for making the trek even more enjoyable with his humour and positive energy. He kept the whole group motivated and made the journey fun from start to finish. Overall, it was one of the most memorable trekking experiences I’ve had near Mussoorie. Perfect for anyone who loves nature, adventure, and calm mountain vibes. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

I had a great time with Rohan on the short yet eventful mountain bike. The trail was lovely with diverse plants and birds all along, the views from the clearings were breathtaking, what made it extra special was the commentary and engaging conversations that Rohan brought. A highly recommended day trek near mussoorie if you like a bit of adventure.
5Lovely peaceful trek
I had a great time on the Top Tibba trek. The scenery was beautiful and varied, and it was quiet and peaceful. Rohit is a great guide- very organised, and knowledgeable about local history, plants and animals. Also a lovely person to chat with whilst hiking. And I appreciated the tips on what else I could do in the area after the trek. Devendra picked me up and dropped me off in Dehradun and he was a very calm, safe driver. I would definitely recommend this trip!

About Rishikesh
Rishikesh is a Himalayan foothill town where the Ganges leaves the mountains, known for yoga ashrams, suspension bridges and white-water rafting.
Rishikesh lies in Uttarakhand, where the Ganges runs fast and green out of the Himalayan foothills and onto the plains. It is a pilgrimage town as well as a centre for yoga and meditation.
