The Courtyard of the Belvedere was a major architectural work of the High Renaissance at the Vatican Palace in Rome.
In the wall of the Vatican facing the Courtyard of the Pigna there is the Fontana.
It contains a series of painted topographical maps of Italy based on drawings by friar and geographer Ignazio Danti.
