Chef Chelsea guides you through the process with approachable tips and techniques, so you can build confidence whether you’re completely new to pasta-making or already know your way around a kitchen. You’ll then cook the gnocchi until soft and pillowy and prepare a rich Parmesan cream sauce with sage, herbs and seasonal garnishes. Finish by enjoying the meal you created yourself.
