About Macau
Macau, a former Portuguese territory on China's southern coast, joins a World Heritage old centre and Cantonese food to a skyline of casino resorts.
The Historic Centre of Macau, a World Heritage Site, spreads around Senado Square, paved in a black-and-white wave pattern with pastel colonial buildings beside it.
