  1. We will reach the evocative Baia del Mulino d'Acqua, one of the most fascinating bays on the coast of Otranto, characterized by crystal-clear waters and high rocky walls. We will admire the suggestive sea caves of the bay and the spectacular Grotta Sfondata, observing the particular rock formations and the characteristic play of light created by the sea up close. About Lecce

Lecce is a Baroque city in Italy's heel, built in honey-coloured limestone and carved with flowers, animals and saints on every façade.

Lecce's soft local limestone could be carved like wood, and the architects of the seventeenth century used it to cover churches and palaces in garlands, cherubs, animals and plants, a style called Leccese Baroque.
