Rather than following a script, you’ll explore an ever-evolving zero-proof drink lab with hundreds of ingredients—syrups, bitters, teas, spices, fresh citrus, and non-alcoholic spirits—plus specialty tools like smoking guns, test tubes, and shaker sets.
