5Best experience
First time and the instructor Peter was fantastic very patient friendly, he made my first experience of diving amazing as a 58 soon to be 59 year old i wanted to conquer my fear of being underwater and he certainly did that. Wish I could take him on any future dives that I will definitely go on. Experience was fab 👌
5Amazing experience snorkelling and diving
We had a fantastic experience with Cabo Verde Diving. We did both the snorkelling and the diving tour on different days. Both times, the guides made us feel safe and explained everything really well. We had a great amount of time in the water and got to see some wonderful things - many different fish, some sea turtles and a sting ray. The diving experience was spectacular. Our instructor was friendly, laid back really helpful. He taught us how to use the equipment safely in a swimming pool first, before we went to the sea in the afternoon. His explanation and demonstration of the equipment was very clear and easy to understand. It was just the two of us with 1 instructor which made the experience even better as this was our first ever dive. We recommend booking the photographer to come along too. This was fantastic value for money. The images and videos Jorge captured for us are amazing and something we will treasure forever. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic couple of days as part of our honeymoon! We would definitely do this again if we find ourselves back in Cape Verde.
5World-class introduction to world under water
Diving prep and the experience was just world-class... instructor was clear, patient, encouraging without being patronising... it was organised to perfection, it was just a wonderful, calm, imformative day from beginning to end, the dive was incredible, the instructors were calm, reassuring and allowed us to enjoy and appreciate every second under water... what a life experience, carefully choreographed and facilitated by this fantastic group of professionals. If you are so inclined, you can pay extra for photos and short video of the experience. No stress... fairly apt motto for Cape Verde!

5Amazing experience, worth every penny.
Great experience, worth every penny. Very professional and friendly. We were in a group of 7. We have spend first half of the day for the training (8:30 to 12-30) to make sure we are prepared for the proper dive in the second half of the day (14:00 - 16:30). Dive (12m) was simply amazing ... plenty of marine life to watch. Thanks to all stuff for this great experience and to Jorge for all amazing photos and videos. Highly recommend ordering photos and videos. We will be definitely coming back.

Santa Maria occupies the southern tip of Sal, a flat, dry island in the Cape Verde archipelago off the coast of West Africa. Sal means salt in Portuguese, a nod to the salt pans once worked here for export. The sandy streets of Santa Maria, lined with pastel houses, lead down to a long beach and a pier where local fishermen sell their catch.
