You will be transported north of Atlanta to Anna Ruby Falls. Hike an easy paved trail measuring just under 1 mile round trip and be greeted by a rare tumbling pair of beautiful double waterfalls. Curtis Creek’s waterfall is the larger of the two at 150 feet, but the 50 foot York Creek falls is stunning in its own right. Back at the start of the trail, buy some mementos of your adventures at the park’s gift shop.
See the charm of Bavaria in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Helen is a bustling alpine village that will make you feel as though you’ve been transported to the cobblestone streets of historic Germany. About Atlanta
Atlanta is the capital of Georgia, a green, hilly city known for its civil rights sites, museums, parks, a vast airport and Southern cooking.
Atlanta grew from a railway junction laid out in 1837, was burned during the Civil War in 1864, and was rebuilt. It sits on rolling hills at about 320 metres and is covered in so many trees that it calls itself the city in a forest.
