Destaques
Yoga is as much a physical journey as it is spiritual. I help my students to develop their practices for deep healing, transformation and, most importantly, relaxation. Through mindful sequences that emphasize alignment and the synchronization of breath and movement, students of all levels are encouraged to find and express themselves with their practice. Our goal of inspiring others makes us extra-aware of the students’ different levels and needs, encouraging them with gentle adjustments. In addition to being an entrepreneur, I'm an earnest student of life aiming to expand my mindset and implement healthy thinking habits through learning mindfulness and aiming for excellence.

About Miami
Top-ranked sights in Miami: Bayside Marketplace, Little Havana, South Beach.
