No prior diving experience is required to start the diving course. PADI Open Water is the worlds most popular and widely recognised diving certification. Acquire a lifetime diving licence upto a depth of 18 metres. Minimum age of just 10 years old. Ask about our family packages! Latchi Dive Centre goes the extra mile, confined dives are mainly done in the famous Blue Lagoon. Our dives are normally done by boat (weather dependent). Most centres will do confined in a pool & open water dives by shore. We are very lucky to have the unspoiled Akamas National Park coastline on our doorstep, giving you the opportunity to take in the picturesque views both above & under the water. The majority of the year we have visibility of 30-40 metres! Take advantage of our 5 star IDC Dive Centre & all the above by achieving your PADI Open Water Dive Course with us. Our instructors are very experienced, friendly & adaptable, ensuring your safety and making sure you feel comfortable at all times.

About Paphos

Paphos is a harbour town on Cyprus's south-west coast, with Roman mosaics, ancient tombs, a seafront fort and the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite nearby.

Paphos is split between the harbourside Kato Paphos, where most of the ancient sites lie, and the hillside town of Ktima above it. Kato Paphos is a World Heritage site, with the floor mosaics of Roman villas such as the House of Dionysos, the ruins of an odeon and a small fort at the harbour mouth. Nearby, the Tombs of the Kings are rock-cut burial chambers dating from the 4th century BC.
