This tour allows you to discover the most beautiful and elegant city in Provence, the historic and rich city of Aix-en-Provence. Cours Mirabeau is a pedestrian avenue located in the historical centre of Aix-en-Provence where you can admire numerous private mansions, bars, banks and some of the city's most famous fountains.
Mix of walking tour to explore the old city, learn about culture, food, history and art connected to the city, and free time to explore independently. We will bring you to the unmissable everyday food market, and if you are willing to stay with a a bit longer the Cathedral of Saint Saveur. Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday are special market day where you can find all kind of products.
Stay with us walking until the Cathedral to discover more about the city and his culinary specialties.
A short and easy 5 minute walk will let us admire beautiful residential area, and the favourite spot of Paul Cezanne for painting the Sainte Victoire mountain.

About Marseille
Marseille, France's oldest city, is a Mediterranean port of old forts, hilltop basilicas and limestone coves, and the home of bouillabaisse.
Greek sailors founded Marseille around 600 BC, making it the oldest city in France. The Vieux-Port is its centre, a long harbour ringed by cafés and the morning fish stalls, guarded by two forts at its mouth. On a hill above, the basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde carries a gilded statue of the Virgin Mary and shows the harbour and the islands from its terrace.
