We will hike through a mountain meadow, over and by a stream, and make our way up into a mixed pine and fir forest, identifying interesting plants, fungi and wildlife as we stroll. - We will meet at the main trail intersection near the ranger cabin at Chautauqua park. I will be wearing a green hat with a cactus on it and have a black backpack. There are restrooms and water fountains here if you need them before we begin hiking. We will quickly go over a few things as a group.
