Fun Pasta Making Class at a Local Brewery in Dallas

Craving bold Southern flavor with a handmade twist? Step into a welcoming local venue where you’ll roll up your sleeves and turn simple ingredients into fresh Cajun butter fettuccine that tastes far better than anything from a box. Store-bought pasta is officially on notice. Chef Dee brings more than 12 years of culinary and hospitality experience, making every step approachable and fun. You’ll mix flour, eggs, oil and salt into silky pasta dough before rolling and cutting your own fettuccine. Then you’ll build a rich Cajun butter sauce with garlic, butter, herbs and bold Louisiana-inspired seasoning before tossing everything together into one irresistible bowl. Along the way, you’ll practice dough preparation, rolling, cutting and sauce-making techniques you can recreate at home. Whether you’re visiting the city or simply looking for a memorable night out, you’ll leave with new kitchen confidence and a dinner worth bragging about.
