Co-facilitated by Walther Silva, a native Peruvian IFBB-certified holistic coach and founder of FitAndes. Walther integrates professional athletic discipline with advanced breathwork and meditation, specializing in high-altitude performance and mindful movement. Together, they offer a trauma-informed, intimate space that honors the journey of the plant from the high jungle to your heart.
