You are guided by Juanita Hufnagel, a 2-time Hatun Karpay Initiate and Advanced Shamanic Practitioner specializing in soul retrieval and somatic integration. An award-winning author and TRE-Certified specialist, she bridges ancient tradition with modern nervous system regulation. Co-facilitated by Walther Silva, a native Peruvian IFBB-certified holistic coach and founder of FitAndes. About Sacred Valley
The Sacred Valley is the Urubamba River valley in the Peruvian Andes, a fertile corridor of Inca terraces, fortress towns and markets near Cusco.
The Sacred Valley follows the Urubamba River, also called the Vilcanota, through the Andes north-west of Cusco. It lies lower than the city, so the air is warmer and the land greener. The Incas farmed the valley intensively, and stone-walled terraces still climb its hillsides. Villages such as Pisac, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo lie along the river, with snow peaks above.
Top-ranked sights in Sacred Valley: Inca Trail, Lares Trek.
