For public safety and accident prevention reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the activity in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions. Such cancellations will be formally notified up to 4 hours before the tour begins. By booking, the client accepts that these cancellations protect their physical well-being and that the operator is not responsible for the island's weather conditions. Cancellations under this force majeure criterion do not constitute a failure to provide service and release the company from liability. Leaving a negative review for this reason violates the tour's terms and conditions.
• Minimum Number of Participants The astronomy tour requires a minimum of 5 participants to take place. Each excursion entails a significant logistical and financial investment, including the hiring of specialized guides, the provision of refreshments, live music, professional observation equipment, vehicle rentals, and fuel. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the company reserves the right to cancel the activity. Such cancellations will be formally communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to join a future excursion, subject to availability. By making a booking, the client acknowledges that cancellations resulting from a failure to meet the minimum number of participants are strictly due to logistical and operational reasons. Such cancellations do not constitute a failure to provide the service and exempt the company from any further liability, as they are unrelated to the quality of the service provided.
• All participants must arrive at the meeting point at the exact time indicated. To respect the schedule of the whole group, the tour will depart on time. The company is not responsible for participants who arrive late or miss the departure. If a participant does not arrive and has not notified the agency in advance, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given.
