Such cancellations will be formally notified up to 4 hours before the tour begins. • Minimum Number of Participants The astronomy tour requires a minimum of 5 participants to take place. Each excursion entails a significant logistical and financial investment, including the hiring of specialized guides, the provision of refreshments, live music, professional observation equipment, vehicle rentals, and fuel. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the company reserves the right to cancel the activity. Such cancellations will be formally communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to join a future excursion, subject to availability.
