We are the only one and unique place in Hoi An to organize seafood cooking class because we are proud of that our seafood is the most tasty seafood in Vietnam with our clean and clear water from Cham island. Our master chef directly picks up the best prawn, squids, clam, tuna, oyster from our local seafood market to our kitchen for our class in the early morning when our fishermen bring their catch to the local market. We will instruct you how to cook 3-5 famous seafood dishes depent on your choices with us: 1. Banana Flower Salad with Prawn. 2. Crispy pancakes with squid. 3. Grilled oyster with peanut sauce. 4. Steamed clams with lemongrass and ginger. 5. Sauteed Tuna with tomato sauce. All are served with steam rice as your grand lunch or dinner. We show you how to choose the best fish or prawn or squid on the market with us. So let try the best experience with us in Hoi An like not ever before.
