Our master chef directly picks up the best prawn, squids, clam, tuna, oyster from our local seafood market to our kitchen for our class in the early morning when our fishermen bring their catch to the local market. We will instruct you how to cook 3-5 famous seafood dishes depent on your choices with us: 1. Banana Flower Salad with Prawn. 2. Crispy pancakes with squid. 3. Grilled oyster with peanut sauce. 4. Steamed clams with lemongrass and ginger. 5. Sauteed Tuna with tomato sauce. All are served with steam rice as your grand lunch or dinner.
