5Best Whale Watching
Captain Emily, Victoria, and Nona were a fabulous crew! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a great trip!
5Whale day
Great food fun trip. We saw a lot of dolphins and enjoy a great day. We had grilled cheese that tasted great.
1Horrible. No excuse for tormenting the animals.
Horrible! Absolutely reckless disregard of the Orcas! So disturbing. The boat we were on saw the orcas from a safe distance and instead of stopping or at least slowing down the captain made sure he followed the Orcas so close he ran over one. Running over not to the point of any prop hitting it happened. This company needs to be investigated. And yes, I am submitting a report.
5Whale and Dolphin watching
Captain and crew were great. We were fortunate and came across hundreds of common dolphins in a large pod. We also came across a shark. It was our fifth time with this company and have seen ocean creatures every time. Go have a great experience!
4Good but no whales
It was a good trip. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I really wish we could have seen some whales.
5Fun excursion
This was our family's first-ever whale watching experience and we really enjoyed it! The staff were friendly and made sure we were both educated and attentive to spotting aquatic life while on the boat. We saw one whale and it was great to "park" for awhile for multiple views. We then saw tons of dolphins jumping up and down and swimming, which was a lot of fun. We were well taken care of!

About Dana Point
Dana Point is a harbour town on Orange County's coast in Southern California, set on headlands above the Pacific, with surf beaches and whale watching.
Dana Point takes its name from Richard Henry Dana, whose 1840 memoir Two Years Before the Mast described the headlands here. The harbour holds a marina of sailboats and fishing boats, and a waterfront of seafood restaurants and shops looks out over it. A replica of the brig Pilgrim, the ship Dana sailed on, is moored in the harbour.
