Partendo dall' agriturismo, dopo 13 km di ciclabile, raggiungerai il borgo di Bevagna. Qui potrai passeggiare tra i suoi vicoli senza tempo, osservare una delle piazze medievali meglio conservate dell'Umbria e gustare il pregiato Sagrantino, uno dei vini rossi italiani più apprezzati nel mondo.
Prosegui per altri 12 km fino a Foligno, dove potrai ammirare Palazzo Trinci e il Duomo di San Feliciano
Solo 5 km ti separano da Spello, che con le sue antiche case di arenaria e i suoi pittoreschi squarci panoramici, fa parte del circuito de “I borghi più belli d'Italia”.
L’ultima tappa è Cannara, famosa per le sue cipolle e il Tugurio di San Francesco.
Rientro all' agriturismo "Incanto della Natura", dove potrai assaporare oli aromatizzati al sedano, arancia, limone, peperoni e cipolla di Cannara, tutti spremuti a freddo nel frantoio locale, accompagnati da assaggi della gastronomia locale.
