We prepare fresh homemade pasta, traditional Tuscan meat ragù, and classic cantucci following local family traditions, all paired with carefully selected local wines, including the famous Vin Santo. The experience takes place inside a real working kitchen laboratory, giving guests the opportunity to discover authentic Tuscan culinary traditions from the inside and enjoy a true local food experience.
