  During our trip to India, we had a different guide in each city, but Tarun was without a doubt the best of them all. He is very knowledgeable and competent, speaks excellent Italian, and is polite and courteous, while also being very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

He is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour and Indian history. I would Hire him over all others. About Jodhpur

Jodhpur, the Blue City of Rajasthan, spreads beneath the great Mehrangarh Fort at the edge of the Thar Desert, its old houses washed in blue.

Rao Jodha founded Jodhpur in 1459, and the huge Mehrangarh Fort still stands on a rocky ridge above the old city, its walls and palaces holding museums of arms, palanquins and painted rooms. Below, thousands of cube-shaped houses are washed in blue, a colour said to have started with the Brahmin families who lived there. White marble Jaswant Thada, a memorial to a maharaja, lies close to the fort.
