Bukhara carpet workshop The workshop was founded with the help of UNESCO and now it became private and locally owned. In this workshop travelers can find sheep wool, goat wool, camel wool and silk carpets. Price of the carpet starts costing from 100 US dollars. If you decide to buy carpet you can take it with you or they can arrange shipment door to door in 7 working days.

Its old town, a World Heritage Site, is a maze of lanes with brick domes, mosques and madrasas. The Kalyan Minaret, a brick tower of 47 metres built in 1127, rises beside the Kalyan Mosque and the Mir-i-Arab Madrasa, and the Ark, a walled fortress on a mound, was home to the city's rulers.
