About Grand Cayman
Grand Cayman is the largest of the three Cayman Islands, a flat Caribbean island known for Seven Mile Beach, coral reefs and shallow sandbar waters.
George Town, the capital, sits on the sheltered west coast of Grand Cayman, a low limestone island ringed by coral. Seven Mile Beach, a long band of pale sand running north from the capital, is lined with hotels, restaurants and dive shops.
