The landscape around the Tenorio River is magnificent, be amazed by the turquoise color of the water and the sounds of the birds and the wildlife while you feel the fresh air at the rainforest looking for things moving around! Playa Flamingo is a small resort area on the Pacific coast of Guanacaste, in north-west Costa Rica, curving around a bay with a wide beach of pale sand and a hillside of homes above. A marina serves fishing and sailing boats, and the sea here is typically calm enough for swimming and paddling. A handful of shops and restaurants make up the centre.
