This is surely one of the best half day tours for those who visit us. From an imposing Boca dos Namorados with an extraordinary view over Eira do Serrado and the Nun’s Valley. We go to a hidden paradise, where nobody go to visit, but get an amazing view over the Socorrido Stream, plus find out how steep it is to farm in Madeira, where they had to hang themselves in order to get their crops, we go to Fajã das Galinhas, a very isolated area but full of beauty. We will Visit two the Museu da Imprensa (the Press museum) and the Church of Jardim da Serra.

About Funchal
Funchal is the capital of Madeira, a Portuguese island in the Atlantic, set on steep green hills with flower-filled gardens and a seafront old town.
Funchal spreads up a steep hillside above a natural harbour on Madeira's south coast. The old town, the Zona Velha, has narrow lanes with painted doors and small restaurants, and the cathedral dates from around 1500. The Mercado dos Lavradores sells tropical fruit, fish and flowers in a hall decorated with blue tiles. A cable car climbs from the harbourfront to Monte, high above.
