1. The aventure begins here! The 8-person Titlis Xpress cabe car takes the visitors from Engelberg to Stand Station in about 30 minutos. In Stand, your guide will guide you to the cable car exchange.

2. The TITLIS Rotair cable car rotates its way up towards the snow-covered summit of TITLIS. The world's first revolving cable car transports you from the middle station at Stand up to the summit station at 3,020 metres above sea-level. The cable car revolves 360 degrees during the five-minute trip, treating you to idyllic panoramic views of steep rock faces, deep crevasses and distant snow-covered mountain peaks.

3. A magical world of ice awaits! This glacier cave forms the frosty heart of TITLIS. The ice here is up to 5,000 years old. The cave's 150-metre-long walkway descends ten metres below the surface of the glacier. Exploring the glacier cave is a cool experience. The temperature inside the cave remains a frosty -1.5˚C.

About Lucerne

Lucerne is a compact Swiss lake city with a covered wooden bridge, a medieval wall and a ring of mountains, in the heart of Switzerland.

Lucerne sits at the northern end of Lake Lucerne, where the Reuss River flows out under two old wooden bridges. The Chapel Bridge, with its stone water tower and painted roof panels, dates from the fourteenth century, although it was partly rebuilt after a fire in 1993. The old town has painted house fronts, squares and the twin-spired Jesuit church, and the Museggmauer, a wall with nine towers, closes it to the north.
