Pasta Making Class at a Local Brewery in Charlotte

Come hungry and leave knowing exactly how to make cavatelli from scratch at a laid-back Charlotte brewery. You’ll mix semolina flour, water, olive oil and salt, work the dough by hand and learn how to roll and shape those distinctive little pasta shells.
