1. The school was founded by Assaadin dynasty in the 16 century to teach students Islamic subjects. The design of the school is like a big traditional moroccan house which is called Riyad. There 136 rooms inside. Here you find carved cedar wood and gypsum.

2. Jemaa el fna square was an old market and a meeting place for the traders coming from different parts especially caravan route traders. However, the square is now no more for business but for entertainment and food stalls at night.
