This session is designed to help you restore a connection with Spirit and your soul’s guidance. It will provide clarity, inspiration and healing right here in beautiful Sedona.

- We will meet at the trail entrance closest to the back parking lot. When you enter the park drive toward the back, then hang a right into this parking section. We will meet at the trail head there closest to parking lot. From there we will walk a short distance with slight incline.

About Sedona
Sedona is an Arizona town surrounded by red sandstone buttes and canyons, a landscape of rock formations, hiking trails and creekside cottonwoods.
Sedona lies at the mouth of Oak Creek Canyon in northern Arizona, at about 1,300 metres, surrounded by red sandstone buttes and spires with names such as Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. The rock gets its colour from iron oxide, and it glows orange and crimson at sunset. Many believe certain spots hold spiritual energy, called vortexes, and the town has a New Age following.
