Fun Ramen Making Class With a Local Chef in Orlando

Forget instant noodles for a couple of hours and get ready for the real deal. You’ll join Chef Ny for a hands-on ramen session where you’ll build a rich miso-ginger broth with garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil, then prepare ramen noodles and fresh toppings including mushrooms, cabbage, carrots and scallions. You’ll learn practical prep and cooking techniques, including how to layer flavors, balance savory ingredients and assemble a bowl that looks as good as it smells. A finishing spoonful of chili crisp brings heat and texture to every bite. The relaxed setting keeps everything approachable, so you can focus on cooking, tasting and enjoying a seriously comforting meal you made from scratch.
