Early morning, meet the accredited guide who will take you on a heritage guided sunrise tour in the Holy River Ganges, followed by a heritage walk where you will know the historical facts of different ghats and witness the age old practices and culture followed till now in the oldest living city of the world, also known as the Land of Shiva.

2. Post the guided boatride tour, we will proceed for city tour of Varanasi, which includes the famous Golden Temple or the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Also , visit other ancient temples and ghats of Benaras. Take a Heritage guided walk and indulge in famous street food and snacks. If admission is required then Rs.800 per person for foreigners

3. For Lunch, visit a local cuisine restaurant. Post that visit Sarnath - 12 kms from Varanasi, which is a very important site for the Buddhist religion and Indian history. It is here where Lord Buddha met his disciples and gave his first preaching after attaining enlightenment.

Varanasi, also called Benares or Kashi, has been a place of pilgrimage for thousands of years, and Hindus come to bathe in the Ganges, to pray, and to die. Along the west bank, about eighty ghats, broad stone stairways, descend to the water, among them Dashashwamedh Ghat, where lamps and chanting mark the evening aarti ceremony. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Shiva, stands in the old city's maze of narrow lanes.
