Points forts

Explore Alaska’s spectacular wilderness on an exhilarating trek with a great naturalist guide. Denali State Park (different from Denali National Park) is famous for its trails, wildlife, and stunning views of nearby Denali (weather permitting). Trek through lush forest, then climb above tree line for spectacular views of Alaska Range peaks and glaciers. This is THE best trail for views of Mt. Denali! Enjoy a snack while scanning the mountainside and valleys for moose and foraging bears. This is a great trip in any weather and is often the highlight of travelers Alaska vacations. Notes: Good walking shoes recommended. Dress for current weather conditions; raingear and trekking poles are available if needed. Bring your camera and binoculars. Trail routes may vary due to trail and weather conditions. We provide a hike snack of Reindeer sausage, cheese, pretzels, nut bar, organic fruit bar, small juice & a locally made Birch candy.
