Bethesda Fountain serve as the architectural heart of the park, offering a grand setting that has appeared in countless films. The bi-level terrace features a stunning arcade with over 15,000 handmade Minton tiles. The "Angel of the Waters" fountain commemorates the 1842 opening of the Croton Aqueduct, which brought fresh water to NYC. It is a prime location for photography and viewing the lake.
Strawberry Fields is a 2.5-acre landscaped section dedicated as a living memorial to the legendary musician John Lennon.
