Our winery specializes in the production of Cartizze : the top line of Valdobbiadene DOCG, and our vineyards are organically grown. We offer a guided tasting of our 4 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course. After tasting with sweet and savory appetizers, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production and cultivation process by meeting the centennial vines of Cartizze, grown organically without chemical synthesis products.

Itinéraire
One of our guides will accompany you during the tasting experience which includes a brief explanation of the Prosecco territory with particular attention to its Cru, the Cartizze. A sensory analysis of four Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines will follow: 1 glass of Cartizze BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze DRY • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. We continue outside with a visit to the cellar and the organic vineyard where the methods of winemaking and some notions on the care of the vineyard and on the ORGANIC cultivation will be illustrated. The experience ends in our panoramic Photo Point!

- We advise you to enter "Strada Cartizze 1" in the navigator: this will take you from "Via Cavalier" to the southern entrance of Strada Cartizze, much easier than the northern access. Then just drive along Strada Cartizze for about 500m until you find our “Cartizze Pdc” sign.

About Treviso
Treviso is a canal-threaded city in the Veneto, north of Venice, with Renaissance walls, painted houses and the radicchio and prosecco of its countryside.
Treviso lies on the Sile and Botteniga rivers in the Veneto, a short distance north of Venice, and its old centre is still ringed by 16th-century Venetian walls. Canals run between old mills and arcaded streets, and the Pescheria, a fish market on a small island in the Cagnan canal, sits at the heart. The Piazza dei Signori holds the Palazzo dei Trecento, a medieval town hall, and the cathedral has a Renaissance chapel.
