Points forts

This amazing class is taught by country swing dancer Rick Harris and his caring group of instructors. Rick is considered the father of country swing in Nashville. He was the first to teach country swing in Nashville and has been teaching and dancing country swing for over a dozen years. Prior to teaching dance full time, Coach Rick taught athletes how to perform at their best. Beginners find his unique teaching methods easy to follow which makes learning how to dance a breeze. Coach Rick and his instructors also bring their country sense of humor and entertaining style to this fun class. You'll laugh and dance, and be ready to show off your new moves at the honky tonks, at weddings and in your kitchen when you leave. If you prefer to have an adult beverage when you learn to dance, you are welcome to BYOB your beverage of choice if done so responsibly.

About Nashville

Nashville, Tennessee's capital, is Music City, a Southern city of honky-tonks, recording studios, the Grand Ole Opry and hot chicken.

Nashville stands on the Cumberland River in middle Tennessee and is the home of country music. The Ryman Auditorium, a brick hall built as a gospel tabernacle and nicknamed the Mother Church of Country Music, hosted the Grand Ole Opry radio show for decades, and the Opry now plays on the outskirts. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum tells the story of the genre, and honky-tonks on Lower Broadway have live bands.
