Points forts

Gozo is the pearl of the Mediterranean and no trip to Malta is complete without a visit to this exceptional Island. But, like all gems, it makes sense to be guided by someone with insider knowledge of what to look for. Our tour is unscripted and your experienced guide will quickly adapt to what interests you most – after all it is your holiday! Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 4 people and generally start after breakfast, with your return in time for dinner. We use a luxury air-conditioned SUV for your comfort and safety. We can also pick you up and return to your hotel, so there is nothing for you to arrange for yourselves. The Insider’s Gozo tour is not a ‘whistle stop’ coach trip feeding endless data on a well-worn tourist route. You will be able to get to the places buses cannot go and see what other tourists miss. We hope you will gain a unique perspective of all that Gozo has to offer as only an Insider can provide. About Valletta

Valletta is Malta's tiny walled capital on a rocky peninsula, built by the Knights of St John with baroque palaces, a deep harbour and a Caravaggio.

Valletta was founded in 1566 by the Order of St John, a year after the Great Siege of Malta, and laid out on a grid of streets on a narrow peninsula between two harbours. The whole city is a World Heritage site. St John's Co-Cathedral looks plain outside but is gilded within, and holds Caravaggio's Beheading of Saint John the Baptist. The Grand Master's Palace and the Upper Barrakka Gardens look over Grand Harbour.

Top-ranked sights in Valletta: Upper Barrakka Gardens, St. John's Co-Cathedral (Kon-Katidral ta' San Gwann), Grand Master's Palace.
