Itinerary
The only standing Greco-Roman colonnaded temple in Armenia. Perched dramatically on a cliff edge, this architectural wonder offers spectacular views of the Azat River Gorge.
Nestled in the rugged cliffs of the Azat Valley, the Geghard Monastery is a masterpiece of medieval Armenian architecture. Partially carved out of the surrounding mountains, this spiritual site dates back to the 4th century and is steeped in mystery and serenity.
Just a short drive from Garni, nature unveils her own architectural marvel — the Symphony of Stones. These striking basalt column formations resemble the pipes of a grand organ and are a geological wonder carved by time and volcanic activity. A perfect stop for photography and awe-inspiring views.
Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in the world. Relax on its tranquil shores, visit Sevanavank Monastery perched on a peninsula, and admire the sweeping views of turquoise waters framed by mountain peaks.
Visit the 11th-century Kecharis Monastery, stroll through the pine forests, or take an optional ride on the Tsaghkadzor ropeway for panoramic views of Mount Ararat.

About Yerevan
Yerevan is Armenia's pink-stoned capital, a city of wide squares, café terraces and museums, with Mount Ararat standing on its southern skyline.
The city grew around Erebuni, a fortress founded in 782 BC, though most of today's centre was built in the Soviet era from the soft pink and orange tuff that earned Yerevan its nickname, the Pink City. Republic Square is the hub, framed by government buildings and museums. The Cascade, a giant stairway of terraces and sculpture, climbs a hillside, and the Matenadaran holds a famous collection of medieval manuscripts.
Top-ranked sights in Yerevan: Republic Square, Tsaghkadzor Ropeway, Matenadaran (Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts).
