Highlights

Escape the crowds and uncover Prague’s best hidden gem — the "High Castle" Vyšehrad, a historic hilltop fortress filled with legends, stunning views, and over 1000 years of Czech history. Just a 10-minute tram ride from the city center, this peaceful site was once a royal seat and later a mighty baroque fort. Today, it’s a symbolic and mysterious place beloved by locals. On this 2.5-hour small-group tour, guided by a passionate local expert, you’ll visit the breathtaking Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul, the 11th-century Rotunda of St. Martin, the Czech National Cemetery, and the mythical Devil’s Column. Learn about Princess Libuše and her prophecy of Prague: “I see a great city whose glory will one day touch the stars.” Take in panoramic views of the Vltava River and New Town, and enjoy a relaxing break at a local café or beer garden — your coffee, wine, beer or soft drink is included. About Prague

Prague's skyline of spires rises over the Vltava, with a hilltop castle, statue-lined bridge and a medieval old town that survived largely intact.

Prague Castle, one of the largest castle complexes anywhere, crowns the hill of Hradčany, with St Vitus Cathedral at its centre and the tiny houses of Golden Lane tucked behind. Below, the Lesser Town's Baroque palaces and terraced gardens lead down to the Charles Bridge, lined with statues of saints and busy from dawn.

Top-ranked sights in Prague: Charles Bridge (Karluv Most), Prague Castle (Pražský Hrad), Prague Old Town Square (Staromestské Námestí).
