Ranging from the famous " red red meal", palaver source, etc. or you let us know if you have any meal in particular you would like to try your hands n and we will make special arrangements for you. The written recipe and instructions will be made available to you at the end of the cook workshop.

About Cape Coast
Cape Coast is a fishing and university town on Ghana's Atlantic shore, home to a fort from which enslaved Africans were shipped across the sea.
