  • 5Half day trip in a unique clear boat to explore several islands off the Antigua coast.

30 minute minibus trip to the resort followed by a two boat trip around several islands. There was just six guests on the boat plus two guides. It was a wonderful trip and a lot of knowledge shared by our guides. The clear boat was unique and made it very interesting as we sped across the water. We was lucky enough to see a stingray jump out of the water and several turtles swim close to the boat and pop out above the water. Following the boat ride we was offered home made punch (with or without rum) and some homemade banana bread. Overall, a 3 1/2 hour trip and offered good value.

  • 5Just Do It!

It was easy to communicate with the group. The boat was clear all around. We saw the reefs, sea turtles, and we stopped at some cliffs/ bird beaches where we docked for a bit of time. The water was as expected for conditions. The captain and the whole crew were knowledgeable and tried really hard to sight things out for the guests. It is a wet condition excursion so we wore our bathing suits and sunglasses. If you want you can bring a towel; we didn’t need one. After we were done, they greeted us with a cold towel and light refreshments. Bring your own water and all your normal needs in a beach bag. We were able to keep my basket beach bag dry under the seat of the boat which kept it dry from the waves. I also want to say I am not a boat person and this was my first time doing anything like this & I felt completely safe and assured the entire time. The captain was amazing at navigating the waters even when the sting ray crew tour came by with their boats and didn’t slow down. I would recommend.

  • 1Nothing to review

They cancelled on us as we were walking out the door. It keeps sending me emails to review but since we never got to go, there’s nothing to review. Disappointing they couldn’t cancel on a more timely manner.

  • 5Great family experience!

We ended up on this trip after trying for a few days to go on the trip out of St John’s. The Rock Adventures team were incredibly kind in making every effort to get us out on the transparent boat. We wanted our 3 year old to experience the coral and fish, and a transparent boat seemed perfect! It was an amazing experience and fun to see other boats reactions when they realised our boat was completely clear. Our trip went out through the mangroves before heading to Bird Island - we were lucky to be able to hold an Antiguan Racer snake with one of the biologists looking after the island. We then went to snorkel off the north beach and ended up surrounded by turtles, before heading to another sheltered spot to snorkel a coral reef and then heading back, spotting eagle and southern stingrays all the way. The day we went out was a little rough, but our 3 year old was very happy on the boat and our 8 year old loved his first snorkelling experience. Great homemade rum punch (best we had on the island) and banana bread included as well!

  • 5Skip the catamaran - book this instead!

This tour is an absolute gem of an experience. If you are looking for a relaxing time out at sea with fun, knowledgeable local guides, book this tour! The boat is small (max probably only 20 people) and offers a more personalized feeling tour experience. Dillon and Mieshak (spelling is probably wrong so I apologize!) were our incredible captain and crew. They shared homemade banana bread and the best rum punch I've had in the Caribbean. We passed over several reef sites and the Andes shipwreck, and then stopped at a beautiful beach to have time to swim. I can't recommend this tour enough!

  • 5Amazing captain and first mate

We were on our anniversary/honeymoon and this was our first excursion and it was such a great experience. Our captain and first mate were super nice and friendly showing us some really interesting and cool things in Antigua. We would definitely do this again with the same company!! Completely 5 stars!
