Highlights
The best way to explore the city of Szeged is on foot. In three hours we can stroll the main streets and squares and spend some time in the Votive Church, the symbol of Szeged. During this walk we can catch the feeling of the town, get an outline on its history and see the majority of the most important tourist sights: the Dóm Square, the Art-Nouveau style Reök-palace and the New Synagogue.

We start our tour from the Móra Ferenc Museum

Here we will see the central building of the University of Szeged and the Art Nouveau Unger-Mayer palace.
The Reök Palace is another outstanding example of Art Nouveau architecture in Hungary.
With its garden, stained glass windows and unique atmosphere, the New Synagogue is one of the most beautiful synagogues in the world.
The tour ends in front of the City Hall in the main square of Szeged
