5Excellent Tour Experience with Mr. Eldar Bey
I had a wonderful experience with Xhiniq Tour, and I especially want to thank our tour guide, Mr. Eldar Bey. Mr. Eldar was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire tour. He explained everything clearly, shared interesting information about the places we visited, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. His positive attitude, patience, and excellent knowledge of Azerbaijan made the tour much more enjoyable. He was always ready to help and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended! If you are visiting Azerbaijan, I definitely recommend booking with Xhiniq Tour and asking for Mr. Eldar Bey as your guide.

5Stunning Khinalig
Such a wonderful day! The day trip was well organized, giving us enough time to explore and take pictures, our guide Mr. Aldar was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The landscapes and the views are absolutely stunning. Definitely a day trip tourists must experience. Thank you to Aldar and our driver
5Great trip to Khinaliq village with Smile tour agency. Well organized, beautiful scenery, and a very young but excellent
I visited Khinaliq village with “Smile” tour agency and had a great experience. Everything was well organized and comfortable throughout the trip. The village itself is amazing with beautiful mountain views and a unique atmosphere. Special thanks to our tour guide, who was very young but did a great job—friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend this tour.
2Smile Tour gave us little to smile about
We joined a Smile Tour recently and were disappointed by the experience. Communication was poor — at 7:50 I got a message to wait outside and van will come by 8:00 AM, but the ride didn’t arrive until after 8:40 AM and our messages went unanswered for a long time. Upon arrival, there was no guidance on where to go or which van to take. The tour guide was inattentive and seemed more focused on certain guests than the group. We were also asked to give up our seats and sit separately, which felt disrespectful. The group size exceeded the promised limit of 12 people. As a Baku resident who has taken many tours, I can say there are better, more reliable companies available. While the Khinalig village is worth visiting, I recommend choosing a different tour provider. Despite the name, Smile Tour gave us little to smile about.

About Baku
Baku is Azerbaijan's capital on the Caspian Sea, where a walled medieval old town sits beside oil-era mansions and glass towers shaped like flames.
The walled Old City, Icherisheher, is a UNESCO-listed maze of lanes with the Maiden Tower and the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, both medieval. Beyond the walls, grand mansions from the oil boom of the late nineteenth century line the streets, and a long boulevard runs beside the Caspian. The three Flame Towers glow on the skyline, and Zaha Hadid's curving Heydar Aliyev Centre is a landmark of modern architecture.
Top-ranked sights in Baku: Bibi-Heybat Mosque (Bibiheybet Mescidi), Yanar Dag, Baku Old City (Icherisheher).
